Service Management + Agentic AI

Connecting AI execution to existing enterprise service-management workflows.

Enterprise automation often fails when AI operates separately from the systems employees already use.

My research explores keeping existing service-management platforms as the human-facing system of record while AI agents perform the underlying machine work.

A typical workflow could look like:

Request / AI Orchestrator / Specialized Agents / Enterprise Systems / Validation / Human Approval / Deployment / Request Updated

If an agent requires additional information, the workflow can pause.

The user responds through the existing service-management process.

The AI workflow then resumes from where it stopped rather than starting again.

This allows organizations to introduce agentic automation without requiring employees to abandon established business processes.
